1. Henry Hudson Parkway to Sawmill River Parkway to its end where it merges with I-684. Do not get on I-684; bear to the right to Exit 6 (Route 35, Katonah). *At top of exit ramp make a right on to Route 35. Follow for ¼ mile to the next traffic light. Make a right on to Route 22 (proceeding south). Continue on Route 22 for approximately 1.6 miles, passing the Katonah Museum of Art and the Harvey School. John Jay Homestead is on the left.

3. New York State Thruway to I-287 East to I-684 North to Exit 6. Continue as above #1*.

Queens and Long Island
Bronx-Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Parkway to I-684 North, Exit 6. Continue as above #1*.

Southern Westchester
Sawmill River Parkway, Hutchinson River Parkway, or New York State Thruway to
I-287 East to I-684 North to Exit 6. Continue as above #1*.

Northern Westchester or Putnam County
I-684 South to Exit 6 (Route 35, Katonah). At top of exit ramp go left on route 35 for ¼ mile to next light. Make a right on to Route 22 (proceeding south). Follow for approximately 1.6 miles, the Homestead is on the left.

Orange, Rockland Counties or New Jersey
Palisades Parkway or New York State Thruway (Harriman Exit) to Bear Mountain Bridge. Take Route 6 to Bear Mountain Extension East to Route 202/35. Say on Route 35 through Yorktown to Katonah. Pass entrance to I-684/Sawmill River Parkway. At intersection with Route 22, make a right (proceeding south). Follow for approximately 2 miles, the Homestead is on the left.

Tappan Zee Bridge to I-287 East to Sawmill River Parkway or I-684 North to Exit 6. Continue as above #1*.

North - West Side of Hudson River
New York State Thruway South to I-84 East to Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. Continue on I-84 East to Exit 20 (I-684 South). Continue on I-684 to Exit 6. At top of ramp go left on to Route 35. Follow for ¼ mile to next light. Make a right on to Route 22 (South), follow for approximately 2 miles.

Upstate New York, Massachusetts, Vermont
Taconic Parkway South to I-84 East to Exit 20 (I-684 South). I-684 south to Exit 6. At top of ramp go left on to Route 35. Follow for ¼ mile to next light. Make a right on to Route 22 (South), follow for approximately 2 miles.

Bedford Village
Follow Route 22 North for approximately 3 - 4 miles. The John Jay Homestead is on the right.

Ridgefield, Connecticut
Route 35 West to Route 22. Make a left on to Route 22 (South). Follow for approximately 2 miles.

Danbury, Connecticut
Through Ridgefield as above or I-84 West to I-684 South to Exit 6. At top of ramp go left on to Route 35. Follow for ¼ mile to next light. Make a right on to Route 22 (South), follow for approximately 2 miles.

Stamford, Connecticut
Route 137 (High Ridge Road) to Pound Ridge. Road turns near library. Follow Route 137 to Route 121 North. Go left on Pea Pond Road (there will be a sign "Katonah") Cross intersection, road becomes Route 22 North. The Homestead is on the right two tenths of a mile beyond the intersection.
